Payment and delivery
1. Delivery methods:
1.1 Through the courier company "Speedy" as an express courier shipment to the door at prices of BGN 4.20.
1.2. Delivery to Speedy's office at prices from BGN 3.80.
1.3. Through the courier company "Econt" as a postal item to an office of Econt, at prices from BGN 4.20.
1.4. Delivery through the courier company "Econt" as an express shipment to the door at prices of BGN 5.20.
* These are basic prices and there are a number of invoices that affect the final delivery price such as weight, volume, cash on delivery and more.
For orders over BGN 245 - delivery is free for the whole country.

Orders are processed and confirmed by the end of the business day and are sent on the same or the next business day.
In case an item is not available, you will receive information from our representatives when we could fulfill your order.
Delivery lasts from 1 to 2 working days depending on the location.
Orders placed after 12:00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are processed and shipped on Monday or the first working day after the holidays.
2. METHODS OF PAYMENT:
Payment for the products is made by cash on delivery at the time of receipt of the goods, and the postal money order service is activated.
2.1 SHIPMENTS REQUIRING PAYMENT IN CASH ON RECEIPT
All shipments that require cash payment are sent through the postal money order service. We send shipments through licensed courier companies with cash on delivery by postal money order (POF). According to Ordinance H-18, you will receive a receipt for the money transfer from the courier, which legally replaces the role of the receipt.
IMPORTANT: You need to keep the PPP receipt that you will receive from the courier.
In case you have an invoice issued, you should attach the PPP receipt (which you will receive from the courier) to the invoice.
In the invoice itself, "Postal money order" will also be indicated as a method of payment.
2.2. SHIPMENTS PAID BY BANK
If you have already paid for your shipment by bank transfer For all shipments that require payment by bank transfer, we issue a pro forma invoice on which you could make the payment. Once the amount is received, your order is processed and sent to you.
In case of shipments paid by bank, an invoice must be issued to a natural or legal person, which will be attached to your shipment. It is possible for the invoice to be sent to the e-mail specified by you by prior arrangement.
2.3. PURCHASE FROM OUR STORE
You could also buy selected items from our physical store. When purchasing from the physical store, a fiscal receipt is issued, which the customer is obliged to keep until leaving the site.
It is possible to issue an invoice on the spot.
We also offer the option to pay via a POS terminal.
IMPORTANT: Only the value of the items purchased by us is invoiced.
IMPORTANT: In case you need an invoice for the delivery, you should request the document from the courier company that delivers the shipment.
3. RETURN OF PRODUCT:
The legal deadline for returning a product is 14 days from the date of purchase of the product.
The consumer has the right, without paying compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the purchased product within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and the price of the product will be refunded.
The cost of returning the product is at the expense of the customer. The return of a product is done as follows:
1. You contact us at the above contact details - you need to let us know in advance that you want to return a product.
2. The term for returning the product is 14 calendar days.
3. You can make the return in a convenient for you office of Econt, Speedy or another courier of your choice. The costs of delivery and return of the product are at your expense.
4. After we receive the product, we will send you the amount paid for the purchase of the product.
